TruFlex Razor™ Cutter Bar and Flexible Frame
Geringhoff’s TruFlex Razor™ brings a new level of innovation to draper technology. This is the first draper to combine a truly flexible cutter bar with a flexible frame, and segmented reel. This makes the TruFlex Razor™ a remarkable performer on any farm.
The TruFlex Razor™ merges three flexible frame segments with a flexible, segmented cutting bar, and segmented reel, to deliver extraordinary sensitivity in the field.
Because the cutter bar remains nearly parallel to the reel segments, in even the most extreme terrain, the TruFlex’s cutter bar to reel relationship delivers uniform cutting and smooth crop flow across the entire head. This degree of flexibility and agility is something entirely new to the industry.
Center Knife Drive
The TruFlex Razor™ features a center knife drive. Placing the knife drive in the center of the draper reduces weight on the outside of the frame, improves responsiveness on the wings, and reduces power consumption—all benefits you’ll immediately notice when you run the TruFlex Razor™.
With the center knife drive, you’ll notice smoother feeding and crop delivery, reduced vibration across the entire head.
Because of its superior responsiveness, reduced vibration and ability to harvest the contours of your field, the TruFlex Razor™ is designed to minimize losses (while maximizing profits) during your harvest.
Integrated Air Flow Option
To increase performance in all conditions, you now have the option of adding a fully integrated air flow system to your TruFlex Razor™ draper.
This system provides a gentle stream of air at the cutter bar, to gently lift crop onto the draper table, and into the combine’s feederhouse. This design is clean, efficient and is the only integrated airflow option on the market.
